Every Sunday morning at 10.30. there is a act of worship at Immanuel – although we do meet from time to time in a joint service, with our partner churches in Christ Church or Bath Road.

Traditionally there were always two services each Sunday at Immanuel but we no longer hold a regular evening service as in the past. That said, there is worship at Immanuel on ‘special occasions ….. (look at the “What’s On” page to get any details of forthcoming services.
The morning ‘Family Service’ at 10.30 am is often quite full (60 /70 adults), with at least twice a month the opportunity to chat afterwards over a cup of tea or coffee.

Worship in the mornings is enhanced by our excellent church choir.
A service of Holy Communion is normally held monthly (on the 2nd Sunday morning) and this is open to all.
WORKING TOGETHER: MESSY CHURCH
Together with our Partnership churches we share in a ‘Messy Church’ that meets on the 3rd Sunday afternoon of each month at Bath Road Methodist Church, Old Town, Swindon. It starts at 3.30pm.
TEA SERVICES
On alternate months from March to November (4.00pm – 5.30pm) an informal afternoon service is held in the Church Hall that includes a cup of tea and a slice of cake. It is an simple act of worship where people can enjoy good company and sing some favourite old hymns and songs.
ROMANIAN PENTECOSTAL CHURCH
From the autumn of 2016 members of the Romanian Pentecostal Church have been meeting at Immanuel and use our premises for worship and other meetings in their own tradition and language.
Himalayan CHURCH
In a similar way, the local Nepalese community uses our premises on Sunday afternoons for worship in their own language and cultural tradition.
